The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making the experience enjoyable, but the check-in process left much to be desired, with unexpected charges and a lack of communication. The room was comfortable, yet the amenities had room for improvement.

the doubletree has lovely communal areas, and the staff were super friendly. we appreciated the nice bar and excellent breakfast, especially the bacon! it's great that they let us use the pool during adult-only hours, and there are fantastic leisure facilities available too.

Nice Place for a Quick Stay
Had a good time at this hotel! The queen room was super clean and cozy, really enjoyed the in-room breakfast. Staff were great, especially Jakub at the restaurant. Just wish the sofa in the lounge area was in better shape. Would def come back for another short stay!

We had a great group vacation! Enjoyed the kids' welcome experience and explored a beautiful country park. Perfect for shopping and close to the Eurostar station for easy access to Paris. I recommend checking in early to avoid crowds during breakfast.
One downside was the lack of attention when we ordered wine glasses and ice. the staff's attitude was quite dismissive.

We faced a mix of positives and drawbacks during our stay. The spacious room provided plenty of comfort, perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed the warm cookies upon arrival. that small touch made a pleasant first impression. Staff friendliness was a highlight. They were eager to assist, especially at check-in. Breakfast had a decent variety with decent bacon and great hash browns, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations overall. The sausages and scrambled eggs lacked quality, and fresh options were limited. One major downside was the cleanliness of the pool area. I hoped for a refreshing swim, but noise from guests in nearby areas made it less enjoyable. Room maintenance was also a concern. the heating didn’t work properly, leaving the space a bit too cold. On top of that, we encountered issues with the lack of towels for our family. We requested more but had to wait longer than expected. These factors have room for improvement. while I appreciated the comfortable beds and friendly ambiance, the inconsistencies left me wanting more.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We hit up the giant shopping centers and enjoyed the beautiful parks nearby. The rooms were comfy, and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast was great too! Just a heads up though, check-in can be a bit slow when busy.
The pool area wasn’t very clean during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Family with children very welcomed
We were really impressed by the breakfast spread, it was expansive with smoked mackerel and loads of other options, and getting a warm welcome from Thushi was just the cherry on top. My family and I were also grateful for the queen-sized family rooms, really comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice too. I couldn't help but feel a sense of relief after such a long journey from Boston.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
